The East of England has great untapped potential for hotel investors.

This section provides detailed information about a number of viable development sites in each of twelve key locations around the region.

The twelve locations were selected on the basis of an in depth survey of developer interest conducted in early 2008. The sites were then identified in close consultation with cross-departmental teams from the relevant local authorities and urban regeneration companies. The result is a resource that should facilitate the process of site selection and help bring planners together with developers on the basis of a shared agenda for investment.
