Tourist Information Centres
Introduction

In this section, you can learn about the network of 50 Tourist Information Centres in
the East of England.

In partnership with Tourism South East, EET drafted a strategy focused on creating a sustainable future for Tourist Information Centres in the East of England. Following a full consultation with TIC Managers and Tourism Officers, which included a series of workshops and meetings, the strategy was finalised in July 2009. As a result, EET has identified a number of areas where we can support the provision of visitor information within the region going forward, including a mystery shopper service, training opportunities and the development of portfolios.
